A Case of Primary Vaginal Carcinoma and a Brief Review of Literature

Abstract
|
|
|
Primary vaginal carcinoma is very rare in Korea.
A 36 year-old, para-6, Korean house-wife with primary vaginal squamous cell carcinoma (about 3 x 3cm) near the introitus of the anterior vaginal wall was treated by deep X-ray therapy with the . total . dose of air roentgen 12,600r, tumor dosis 5,952r in a duration of ten weeks.
The result is excellent for the moment as shown in the figures.
Follow-up study of the patient will be made periodically.
